Design Thinking is a design methodology that provides a solution-based approach to solving problems. Ideation is an essential part of the design process and involves a creative process of generating, developing and communicating new ideas. Ideation covers all stages of the thought cycle from innovation to development, to implementation.
Critical Thinking is the skill of reasoning, evaluating, problem solving and decision making. False beliefs can stifle creativity and innovation, confuse, and lead us to make poorer choices than we otherwise might. An Innovation Mindset requires a willingness to ask questions and challenge the status quo, an openness to change and a readiness to embrace an entrepreneurial skill set.
